Step 6: Save and publish program plan
If you already inserted sub projects as per step 5, you have to save and publish program plan to update PWA views and Project Server database.
Steps:
- Make sure Program Plan already opened in Project Professional 2007
- File menu -> Publish
- Click No to All on prompt of saving of individual projects (If you inserted project with Link and Read/Write mode, you may perform edits on program plan of that sub project. You may be save those changes by clicking “Yes” prompt related to that project.)
- File menu -> Close to close the Program Plan
Please proceed to Step 7 for further process.
