Actual Work: Project timephased fields allow us to update the project progress on a regular basis.Time phased fields such as actual work can be entered for resource by using Resource Usage view.
On View menu -> Resource Usage to display Resource Usage view.
Left side of the view contains the resource name and task information. Please insert "Actual Work" on right side of the view to enter actual work in hours.
Steps:
- On View menu -> Resource Usage
- Click on right side of the view
- Right click and choose actual work
- Choose appropriate time scale window
- Enter actual work accordingly by day/weekly/monthly depends on setting you choose on above step
- Save Project Plan
