1) Modify Gantt Chart Style
Change the Task text font/color:
- On the Gantt chart view, click the task or tasks whose format you want to change
- Format menu -> Font -> Choose Font, Style and Size
Change the color of Highlighting of changed tasks on Gantt/Task views: (MS Project 2007 Only)
- On the View menu -> Gantt Chart
- On the Format menu -> Text Styles.
- Under "Item to Change list", Select Changed Cells
- Choose required Background color and Background Pattern
2) Modify Network Diagram Style
- On View menu -> Network Diagram -> Click Format menu -> Under “Select style setting -> Select type of box that you want to change the appearance -> Preview will be appeared on right side on every selection
- Choose the “Date Template” in the Data Template box
- Choose the required Shape/Color/Width of the box border
- You also have option to choose Horizontal grid vs. Vertical grid lines
- Choose the required Background color and pattern
- Click OK
